What we will do for you
Once you have subscribed with us, we will send you a welcome pack email; this will include a number of forms from bespoke employment contract, nanny new starter form to all our contact details.
Everyone at Payroll for Nannies is very knowledgeable and experienced, but you will always have a dedicated person in the team you can call with any queries or if you prefer just come into the office and meet us.
Once we have all your forms back, we can set you up as an employer with HMRC. We will be set up as your payroll agent so that if there any queries from HMRC they will be sent directly to us.
Once the payroll has been completed each week or month, we will then make all relevant submissions to HMRC and the pension provider.
We will email you and your nanny the payslip each week or month and every quarter, we will send you details of the tax to pay HMRC, including how to pay and when to pay by.
As an authorised Bacs Bureau, we can even pay your nanny, HMRC and the pension provider directly on your behalf. You won't need to worry about a thing!
At the end of every tax year, we will issue your nanny with a P60 and If you have an nanny start or leave, we will process their P45.
If your nanny started a month or more before you have subscribed with us, we are able to process backdated payroll for you and would advise you contact us directly regarding this.
