MONEY LAUNDERING REGULATIONS 2007
Payroll for Nannies is required by law to register all our clients under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007. To remain compliant, we have procedures in place to check our client’s identities and inform HMRC of any suspicious activity. Please could you kindly provide evidence of one document from both list 1 and 2. This evidence must prove identity of your name and address.
List 1 – Photographic Evidence

Valid photo card driving license

National ID card (for non-UK nationals)

Firearm certificate or shotgun license

ID card issued by the electoral office for Northern Ireland
List 2 - Non-Photographic evidence

Recent evidence of entitlement to a state or local authority-funded benefit, tax credit, pension, educational or other grant.
