Contracts
All employees are entitled to receive a contract of employment within 8 weeks of their start date and they should contain the Terms and Conditions of this employment, including the following -
Start date
Gross salary
Working days & hours
Details of duties & responsibilities
Holiday entitlement
Notice period
Disciplinary and Grievance procedures
